The Foundation Trust Strategy Towards 2015 has the patient experience at its heart, ensuring that you are provided with the care, environment and support you require. In order to deliver the triple offer of Patient Experience, Safety, and Quality, we actively ask our patients what they require.
Together with feedback from complaints, patient liaison contacts, comment cards and national surveys, this feedback is reported each quarter in the reports located on the right of the page. Within this report we detail how we are learning and changing in response to what our patients are saying.
