Join us

By completing Membership Application Form to the right and paying our £10.00 annual membership fee, you could help us to achieve our aims! With over 1200 heart operations per year at UHSM, we could make another £12,000 available to the Hospital and its cardiac patients every year if each patient merely joined the Club!
